You may have noticed that our web designer interfaces have been down today. This is due to changes that Salesforce made today with some of their integrations and resulted in a major outage.
This outage has also impacted how we receive support cases into our queue. Any new cases that were opened since this morning (Friday, May 17th at 9:00 AM PST) have not properly come through our system.
If you’ve entered a support case with us during this time, we’d kindly ask that you please wait until these outages have been fixed, and then re-submit your request to us.
Unfortunately, as the root of this issue lies with Salesforce, we are unable to provide a time frame for a resolution, or what has caused the outage to occur.
